I recently had to attend Top smile clinic who were recommended to me by a friend (with great teeth) for a wisdom tooth... extraction as I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years. The reception staff were so welcoming and professional ,Dr Sam made me feel instantly at ease and immediately went to work on my painful tooth.The procedure which was completely unobtrusive and pain free was over in minutes thank you Sam. The after care instructions provided by the dentist and then backed up by the receptionist were precise and worked a treat. Went to make a crown with Dr. Sam around 1 year ago. The crown fell off, it shouldn't fall off after only a year.... Called the reception on 27th April and she said will message or call back and never did till now. Went to 3 different dentist for consultation and they all said the placement of one of the screw/post was wrong and so it broke the teeth. Now my teeth can't be saved and needs to be extracted. The crown itself was trimmed down so much that the top became flat and there's a hole in the middle of it. During the fitting last year, I have to come back several times as the crown doesn't fit as they don't have the modelling machine so it had to be sent to the lab everytime. Hugely disappointed with the quality and service as the cost of making crown with Dr. Sam is not cheap compared with other dentists.read more

After running around to countless doctors and dentists no one could diagnose why I was experiencing excruciating pain... in my right middle ear and jaw. I was basically told by the other treating professionals that I was run down.Dr Sam immediately diagnosed my issue and I was required to have emergency root canal.Due to Dr Sam's correct diagnosis and treatment, I did not have to cancel my trip to Europe.
